In the modern life we knew Chang’e as Chinese Lunar Exploration Program (CLEP) which is a program of robotic and human missions to the Moon undertaken by the China National Space Administration (CNSA), the space agency of the People’s Republic of China. The Chang’e programme was officially launched in 2004, divided into three phases, namely “orbiting”, “landing” and “returning”. All three phases will be carried out by unmanned spacecraft.
