Description: A new year and a brand new mission at the Moon for the Twin GRAIL spacecraft. The two new spacecraft arrived at the Moon on New Year’s Eve and New Years Day 2012 to begin a unique, double barreled mapping mission of the Moon’s interior. Dr. Sami Asmar, who is the deputy project scientist for GRAIL joins Nancy Atkinson for today’s podcast.
