  • Everything is upside-down when I look through my telescope! Whaaa?
  • I just bought an XYZ telescope, 60mm, the box said 575x and I can’t see anything through the telescope
  • I bought my telescope and there’s no manual with it!
  • I’ve used my telescope 4 times and the tripod broke! (Or a knob fell off, etc.) I need parts!
  • My “equatorial” mount moves in mysterious ways!
  • How far can you see with my scope?
  • I had the Moon in the finder scope but it’s not in the main eyepiece!
