Bio: Rob Sparks is a science education specialist in the Education and Public Outreach (EPO) group at the National Optical Astronomy Observatory (NOAO) and works on the Galileoscope project (www.galileoscope.org), providing design, dissemination and professional development. He blogs at halfastro.wordpress.com.

Dr. Jeyhan Karlatape is currently a Hubble Fellow at the National Optical Astronomy Observatory. Her research focuses on how galaxies evolve over cosmic time. In particular, she is interested in using galaaxy morphology to study the properties of infrared galaxies and to understand the role that galaxy mergers have played over the history of the Universe
