A bright future rising

This is a quick post because we don’t have a lot of details. We just got word that the proposal that we submitted to NASA last May has been approved to move forward. This gives a shiny new 5 year future and means that future Hangoutathons are going to be 36 hours of science and not 36 hours of begging and science. We don’t have a lot of details, but as we get them, we’ll share them out.

For now, I just feel like channeling my inner Sally Field, and smily gleefully saying, “You like us! You really really like us!
