ASP2018: Advancing Astronomy for All is a broad science education and outreach conference featuring workshops, panels, oral sessions, poster sessions, addressing a wide range of professional work, research, and evaluation in education, communication, and diversity in science. Registration includes an opening reception and dinner. We encourage arriving early and enjoying the wine country. We have organized two special tours that include a science talk for an entire day of fun before the conference starts. Refer to Registration for ticket prices.

Conference Registration
Early Bird (through June 13)
Members: $395
Non-Members: $460

Regular (June 14 – August 10, or until available registration spaces fill up)
Members: $495
Non-Members: $560

We strongly recommend taking advantage of the Early Bird rate and booking your hotel room early. We have limited hotel rooms at the special conference rate, and September is the busy crush season in the Wine Country.

Abstract Submissions
The ASP welcomes people to submit abstracts to present at this conference. The abstract submission deadline is May 13, 2018. Click here for Abstract Submission Guidelines

We are soliciting six different types of abstracts for the conference program:
(a) Poster Presentations
(b) 10-Minute Oral Presentations and Activity Demonstrations
(c) 60-Minute Hands-On Workshops/Sessions
(d) 60-Minute Special Interest Group (SIG) Discussions
(e) 60-Minute Share-a-Thon type Organized Sessions
(f) 2-Hour Special Sessions
