I have a delightfully weird tech story related to future lunar exploration.

Research has shown that astronauts working on the moon are most likely to fall over when using tools, and once they fall over, getting up while wearing a space suit that restricts their motion is less than easy and is always a bit exhausting.
Since future astronauts are going to be tasked with building humanity a home on the moon – or at least a research station on the moon – researchers are trying to figure out how to help astronauts right themselves when they find themselves flat on their face in the lunar regolisth.
A team of engineers at MIT have developed a new robotic arms that will fit into astronauts’ backpacks and onto their spacesuits. These Super Limbs, as they’re calling them, will provide a push in the right direction to give astronauts the extra hand up they might one day need.
