Learning Space 106: Sources of Light: Reflection & Emission (with special guest Ionization)

Today we look at some of the many ways that we see light. The quick bright streak of a meteor, the faint fuzzy tail of a comet, the warm glow of our own Sun… these are all examples of things we see in the sky because they shine with light. But each object has a very different story of how its light is created. Join us as we talk about these different types of light and share some activities that can help students explore this topic.
