Bio: Rob Sparks is a science education specialist in the Education and Public Outreach (EPO) group at the National Optical Astronomy Observatory (NOAO) and works on the Galileoscope project (www.galileoscope.org), providing design, dissemination and professional development. Guest: Dr. Travis Rector is a professor at the University of Alaska at Anchorage. He has been producing beautiful astronomical images using telescopes at Kitt Peak, Cerro Tololo Inter-American Observatory for decades. His new book is “Coloring the Universe”.
