Description:  The Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) program is a National Science Foundation (NSF) program that lets undergraduate students learn to do research at a variety of labs and universities around the country. In this podcast, Dr. Katy Kaleida discusses the REU program at Cerro Tololo Inter-American Obaservatory (CTIO). The CTIO REU program is unique because it is the only REU program that takes place outside the United States.
