I have been to Asia. Bali is a good example, I reckon. It seems far more chaotic there, but while that may be so they expect and allow for the chaos and they don't seem to be so angry about their driving. Maybe they're forceful or assertive in their driving but I don't necessarily see that as a bad thing - the angry, aggressive driving is the problem - a lot of people here will curse and threaten you over the most trivial happenings.

It's just lucky there aren't that many guns in Perth because the road rage is pretty bad.

I'm given to believe (from stereotypes, rightly or wrongly, as well as from friends of Italian descent) that Italians tend to be passionate and emotional people in general. I can imagine things can at times get interesting driving there.

I went to a Ministry concert in Toronto where the audience produced prybars and knives to cut the folding chairs apart to make room for a moshpit. The chairs were undamaged and neatly stacked on edge of the arena. It was a very surreal moment.
