    A Beautiful Eagle it is Cesar, Very nice narrow band color combo. Clear Skies.

    I take it it's the Hubble pallette?

    That little splodge to the right of the goomba lion. Is that something opaque or is it a hole in whatever is giving the blue?

    Thanks to comment.
    Glom, if I have understood well your question, I believe that it is simply dust.
    I leave a photo of recent APOD similar to mine, but doubtlessly better, with you can compare the dust structures in that zone.
