Unfortunately, Indeterminancy means that your choices are neither in column A nor in column B...or in both...or...wait...

...can I see the drink menu, please?

Swift by name, not by nature. It's moving with the pace of an agitated slug.

Agitated slugs tend to be much cleaner than hand-washed slugs -- unless washing in hard water, of course.

This slug needs a good washing, it has spots all over it. Maybe use a little rinse aid too.

Cannibal ferrets move to the beat of their own drum.

What might be right for you may not be right for suh-hum.

    To what?

I have a modest proposal to feed them to Irish babies.

That must be a mega-slug or maybe even a giga-slug.

Good point, Swift. For those of you interested in such things, the collective noun for slug is "cornucopia of slugs". And here I always thought it was a tankard of slugs. Hmmmm...learn something new every day.

When I think of slugs (as I do often) I think of a cornucopia.

And when I think of Iowa I think of a corn utopia.

But that's neither here nor there. Well... maybe there.

Ironically, the collective noun for corn is a "snailucopia of corn".

    Who'da thunk it?

If you ever find out, ask them what "thunk" really means.

It's a bone of contention. Batman really confused me with that one.

So long as you didn't inhale I'm sure we can forgive you.

(Wait - urban dictionary has led me astray again - how could this have happened? They're supposed to be such a reliable source.)

I haven't inhaled in years. I diffuse all the oxygen I need through my skin.
