    Eyepiece Focal Lengths and Types

I would like to get two eye-pieces for my Celestron C-11 2800 mm focal length Schmidt-Cassegrain.

Cheaper is better (so Televiews are out for now).

What type and size of eyepiece is well-suited for this type and focal length telescope?

What do you currently have, and what do you want to look at? Fortunately for your budget at f/10 cheaper eyepieces can work fairly well. They have real problems at fast f/ ratios but at f/10 the problems are far less noticeable.

Low powers will require a 2" eyepiece at that focal length. 1.25" eyepieces longer than about 30mm will see a reduced (less than 50 degree) FOV as the image doesn't fit in such a small opening.
