    The story shows a comparison of Spitzer vs Herschal, but doesn't specifically mention what wavelengths the Spitzer image was composed from.

    While I don't know what the wavelengths are, it is interesting to note that Spitzer covers from about 3 microns out to 160 microns. The Herschal image is made of 70 through 160 microns. This makes the comparison all the more remarkable.
