Hi All,
Here is a composite image of 28 bright Orionid Meteors from October 23, 2008.
captured from my backyard observatory NorthEast video skycam #2., in the city of Dayton, Ohio, USA.
This is just the 28 bright ones out of 166 captured that night. The Time Stamp at the bottom is for the brightest Meteor in the image (lower right below the moon)
You can see the waning crescent Moon rising in the upper right, and 28 bright meteors from the Orionid shower.
Yeah, I have been real busy lately so....
I'm just getting around to processing data from October, and also processed the Geminids data from last night while I was at it, which I already posted this morning.
