For those who live in Northeast Ohio, Lake (County) Metroparks is having a hike at the Girdled Road park to go watch. Call 440-256-1404 for more details (I don't get a commission, I'm just a loyal fan and volunteer). I believe the Natural History Museum in Cleveland is also doing something. Now lets all make an offering to the gods of clear skies.
Out on the west coast, we're not going to get to see it until the Moon is 75% occulted. Ah well, should still be interested. Think I'm going to grab my camera and head north, maybe to Mt. San Jacinto, and check it out from there. Here's hoping the weather's decent that day.
