you've now officially opened a fruit stall, lots of goodies here....

quote from wiki, that i wasn't aware of, palindromes-wise...:

To celebrate the palindromic moment 20:02 02/20 2002, Peter Norvig wrote on that day (20 February 2002) a computer program which produced what may be the world's longest palindromic "sentence",[8] running to 17,259 words.

as long as this thread doesn't go 'political', considering the current campaigns and people involved, i know of a few 'dromes' in alaska...and have no phobias.....if you see what i mean...

for your age, you seem to be very precocious, a good thing.

German has a few palindromic (albeit politically incorrect) gems.

"Ein Neger mit Gazelle zagt im Regen nie"

Of course, my own name is also palindromic: Anna

In this video, Weird Al spoofs Bob Dylan's "Subterranean Homesick Blues" by delivering 2 minutes 30 seconds of all palindromes. Brilliant.

I wish I knew all those years ago that simply joining this board and proclaiming myself to be rational would magically transform my uninformed opinions into science; it would have saved me a lot of time and effort.

When I was about 6 years old, my grandmother told me that her name (Hannah) was a palindrome. I only knew her as mom-mom. That is a palindrome too.
