Hi. I'm new here. So was wanting to know something,
watched a doco a while back on the 'Hubble', defining it's success and it's problems. Anyway, I heard this October, Hubble will be on it's last mission. And they're making a new telescope, that's more up to date and will relive more on the universe.
Does anyone know about this new one? Any info about it, etc. etc.

The successor, at least for some instruments, will be the James Webb Space Telescope (Wiki). That should give you a start.

Note, that although the JWST will be the successor to Hubble, it will not be a replacement. There is no telescope that comes close to matching HST's abilities in the ultraviolet part of the spectrum, either currently, or in the pipeline. JWST is designed for near and mid-infrared observations.
This was a design choice, but it does leave a gap in observing capabilities, and such UV observations cannot be performed from the ground (that darn ozone layer getting in the way!).
