Thread: How Are the Planet-Xers Taking That Object's No-Show?

How Are the Planet-Xers Taking That Object's No-Show?

I wonder how the Planet-Xers are taking the no-show of that object. So far, one of them has claimed that this object will show up in 2012 instead. How have the others been taking this disappointment?

I wonder if the visit of Planet X will become like the Second Coming of Jesus Christ -- an event whose failure to happen has not stopped people from repeatedly predicting it.

... and that although the awaited himself reportedly said that no man would know when he'll be back, until he is here.
I wouldn't be too optimistic about that PX myth disappearing soon.

I have seen several say that there is so much truth on the Lieder site that even without Px they belive she has a valid message. Generally, they still seem to believe in Px (3600 year eccentric orbit planet) and that it will show up "soon" ... the supposed Mayan "end of time" in 2012 is, indeed, popular.

The earth was destroyed. We were beamed into a holodeck on Planet X.

This is the way they work: When a prediction doesn't happen, they push it forward a month or 2 then pretend that they never made the initial prediction. How clever of them.

Planet X is here as evidence by the hundreds of lens flare, ur um I mean pictures of PX. The reason Planet X hasn't come as close to earth as predicted and cause a pole shift and therefore destroy the earth, is because of the well know (well known except to mankind) Repulsion Force

    (Emphasis added)

Great! But what "White Lie" will be used to explain the ZetaFact that PX has been loitering between the Earth and Sun for the last 4 months, and has been "photographed" 100s of time there? Is it going to hang out there 9 more years? OMG, think of how many more lens flare pix there will be!!!

If you want to see how they are taking the "no show", take a look at what Jan (ex moderator of TT-watch) and the ex-translator of zetatalk into German are taking it.

With all this noise on the ZetaTalk website, most people will take the
latest info and photos for the crap it is and disregard ZetaTalk as just
another cult, not taking the time and effort to penetrate the more
    interesting parts of ZetaTalk.
The only problem with this is that there are no interesting parts of "ZetaTalk". The writing and "philosophy" are at about an 8th-grade level, at best. The so-called science is more like 4th grade.
My comment on "the ZetaTalk disinfo campaign" was because this seems to be by design, in a deliberate effort to obscure the issues of a potential pole shift.
In the True Believer world, no one is ever just plain wrong. There has to be "disinfo" behind it. Sad.
For those of us who still possess an open mind (but not open enough for the brain to fall out), it is increasingly difficult to distinguish between info and disinfo.
But not openminded enough to consider that it's all garbage, with no "disinfo" required.
It has also been utterly impossible to discuss any of the information with friends or here on the list. I guess the only way we will ever know of there has been any truth to the ZetaTalk predictions is to wait
and see if anything happens within the foreseeable future.
I would not hold my breath. :P

"Never ascribe to malice what can be adiquately explained by stupidity."

    :P

Sometimes people are just wrong, or lazy, or too weak of mind to even bother trying to be realistic.

That's why we need people who DO think, lest the uninformed be damaged by this P-X drivel.

The one that I work with claims that planet 'X' has passed but it can't be seen because " mars is too bright". Obviously he doesn't share that trait with mars.

...and what are we supposed to be seeing?

Nothing out of the ordinary there considering you a relatively cheap piece of optics pointing at an extremely bright light source.

Looks like another purdy sunset full of lens flares and reflections, the kind of thing zeta believers blow out of perportion. [-(
Although the rainbow effect was especially purdy.

PS: purdy is south texas talk for "pretty"

1 hour, 16 minutes time* lapse of the sun setting over the San Fransisco Bay with lens flares, a short sequence with prism effects and the clouds rolling in at the end. What, pray tell is supposed to be so interesting about it? :-?

    * 76 pictures. Do you have any idea how long that took on a dial up connection?

The person in charge of abidemiracles is none other than the banned poster Chaiyah

    Info

Actually discussing anything with her - and I mean anything - is totally impossible.

She is totally vitriolic against anyone with the temerity to ask her even the most simple of questions.

Based on the [non]discussions I've had with her - it is best to ignore essentially all she has to say.

Even most of the GLPers think Chaiyah ("Pinocchia" there) is a nutcase - how far out do you have to be to get that distinction?
Everything I need to know I learned through Googling.

Back when Steve Martin did stand-up he had a bit about "Remember when the Earth was about to be destroyed and they came up with a plan to move everyone to the twin planet Earth, only they deceided not to tell the stupid people because they couldn't handle the news......., never mind"
