Which movie or TV program was inside the head of a man who was
in a bank lobby when it was held up, and while staring up at
the ceiling, laughed when something he saw there reminded him
of something else, and so was shot in the head by one of the
robbers? I have no recollection whether I saw more than just
that one scene. It just came to me for no apparent reason--
which might be what the man was laughing at when he died.
