I was aware of the Galileo and and Rosetta anomalies, but not NEAR and Cassini?...rather useful information for those of us predicting such events. We are still waiting on New Horizons and Messenger (Messenger is predicted to have experienced slightly less gravitational braking during the Venus pass).
...and the explanation cited in this thread does not address why these deltas seem to be related to gravitational assists.
