    And who is?

Of course she´s attractive. My kind of girl.

I think she's attractive, but I think the life style and career of these Hollywood types tends to make them hard, tired and jaded; which makes them less appealing, to me, than if they were just living ordinary lives.

I voted "beer", as in the more beer I consume the better her rating will be.
I don't know, she's not ugly, but since I don't like her personality (well, the one that's portrayed to the public anyway), I have a hard time finding her attractive.

I think she's hideous and almost impossible to look at. (At least that's what I say when my wife asks me what I think about her or any actress.)

Oh. I saw NK and thought "North Korea".

Within very broad limits physical appearance matters less to me than acting ability (with the possible exception of films beginning with "Girls gone..."

Ms. Kidman seems to have less acting chops than well-gnawed acting bones.

I couldn't care less, she's just another celebrity for me, and her attractiveness or otherwise is entirely without consequence. So, appropriately, I voted "Don't Care".

Funny, I posted it, and thought "Nikita Khrushchev".

That last reference could lead to a rather interesting discussion of aesthetics, film making, and the price of pork bellies.

Don't most places that serve chops also have ribs on the menu?

I think her attractiveness varies pretty widely depending largely on what she's done with her hair. When she's a redhead, I think she's lovely. When she's a blonde . . . I saw her at the Oscars a few years ago, and her hair, her skin, and her dress were all about the same colour. It was awful.

I don't necessarily think she's a bad actress, though I'll certainly agree that she's not a very good one. Provided she only has to hit one or two notes during a performance, she's not bad. However, I can start listing better ones, quite a few of whom are far prettier.

I'm a gal and I wouldn't mind looking like her.

    Beautiful, imo.

Though I'd rather look like Uma Thurman.

    Dear Nicole,

You're a beautiful woman, but would you please lay off the freakin' botox, already?

Wesley Snipes and Nicholas Cage have more range of emotion in the face combined...

    XOXO.

I was tempted to vote beer, but she is gorgeous, especially at her age.

I've never been impressed by Nicole Kidman, nor a great many other supposedly 'beautiful' hollywood actresses.

Don't care what you think, I still respect and admire Audrey Hepburn.

Jill Ireland was a good one

    Sandra Bullock seems somewhat sane...

I have found it impossible to seperate physical beauty from stinky personality- so once the personality fumbles- the looks go down the tubes as well.

ETA: What with make-up, plastic surgery, airbrushing, camera gels etc... Beauty isn't what it used to be. The 'perfect' images produced within the big budget jars the 'reality checks' within my brain. I always end up wondering what hoops they jumped through to get so and so to be photogenic.
Heck, they made Biggie Smalls a sex symbol

I think she´s one of the best actresses money can buy in America. Her celebrity is a consequence.

Reasonably good looking but not exceptional. There's no poll option for that so I'm voting don't care.

That's approaching the end of a Hollywood starlet's shelf life, just ask Demi.

Seconded. Actually, I think she is nice looking as a redhead, but not great, but looks terrible as a blond.

How about a 25, a 5, and you can keep the change.

    Mak,

    Do you find her attractive?

    I like Halle Berry more.

    Re: NK Poll

Mine was the first vote. It was for the "unattractive" category.

I guess I'll never understand what Kubrick was up to re that choice.

Before, during, and after Eyes Wide Shut, bleah.

I thought I was in the minority based on the comments, but after seeing the poll results it's apparent that most here agree that she's attractive. Actually I would have voted Very Attractive if that had been an option.
