Here's a site that also talks about Planet X!!

I don't know if any of you here have seen this web site before, but I'll give a link out for it anyway.

    http://www.detailshere.com/niburu.htm

This is a christian website, but it also talks about Planet X. From the current details at the site, I'm starting to get a little scared. I want to see
what you guys think about what the site says.

    Bunk.

It is associated with McCanney and Hazelwood, each of whom have been pretty seriously debuked.

    The newest player is
bugged to record and broadcast to real player the web sites that the
person is listening to. Also, it is bugged to block shows like mine.
Stuff like that is pure delusion and paranoia. These people should be consulting a Psychiatrist, not writing websites.

I find it quite amazing how a supposedly "educated" population can believe this stuff.

One common thread I always find interesting is that almost every one of the planet X supporters brings in the dreaded government conspiracy as further proof that something is really going on.

    detailshere.com is an interesting twist - Christian/Planet X...what next?

    Here, we are supposedly dis-information:

So, with the above picture and the US Patent Office patent, I think that adds up to incontrovertible evidence that these things are real.
The "above picture" is [url=http://www.detailshere.com/tunnelmachine.htm]here[/url. So, I guess that adds up to the fact that the Airforce has a tunnel boring machine. So? How does that point to anything nefarious?

Here's a pic of one photographed in Denmark. It appears that there is a high probability then that an tunnel now exists under the Atlantic Ocean connecting America to Europe.
How does a picture of a tunnelborer lead to the conclusion that a tunnel exsists under the Atlantic Ocean?

The beauty of the Subterrene is that, as it burrows through the rock hundreds of feet below the surface, it heats whatever stone it encounters into molten rock, or magma, which cools after the Subterrene has moved on. The result is a tunnel with a smooth, glazed lining. For power, the Subterrene can use a built-in minature nuclear engine or even a conventional power plant.

NOTE: I have seen this machine, and watched it in action. Normal rate of speed is approximitly six and one/half miles per hour depending on Type of rock, sand etc
    .....................Col. Wilson
Who is Col. Wilson? I think that is a pathetic attempt to lend some sort of authority to the ridiculous statements. It does not work.

Another link from his stupid site:

    http://www.tcm.phy.cam.ac.uk/~bdj10/...sm/drasin.html

This link has been used over and over to try to promote the idea that debunking involves no real logic and just tries to make a fool of the weird idea. It is as much hogwash as the rest of this guy's site. The entire "How to Debunk" garbage is a giant strawman. Instead of pointing here, someone who had a legitamate concern with a debunker's position should point out the flaws in the argument. The Art of Debunking site is a waste of time.

Knowingly disrupting communication on the internet by sending a virus
is a federal crime. The last time they hacked into this egroup a
post was fabricated to lesson the impact of my disclosure about them
hassling a family member, and then my name was fraudulently signed to
it. I was prevented for 3 days from posting that disclosure here.
Once I finally got that disclosure post through, the next post on
this egroup was their fraudulent post to manage the impact of what
    they did
    Paranoia again, and more delusion.

These guys such as the bad astronomy site and the Art Bell host last night (July 22nd talk) are hired misinformation plants and their purpose is solely to keep you from believing the truth.
Oh no! The dreaded disinfo agent accusation! Blah blah blah.

This site is nothing new. It is a companion site to ZetaTalk and bases all of it's claims onthose of Nancy, Hazelwood, McCanney, etc. There is nothing new in the site. It's reliability is directly tied to that of Nacny Lieder, therefore, you should dismiss it as the junk it is.

Here is the crux of his argument: (Bold mine)

Forget about astronomy; look at the earth changes going on right now in increased volcanism, increased size and frequency of earthquakes, melting poles and glaciers, increased sea water temperatures - duh!
That should tell you all you need to know. All they have are bogus PX pictures, but now they want you to forget about astronomy? Great tactic. They have now conceded the astronomical argument. They are grasping at straws. Please do not be frightened by these uneducated buffoons. Fearmongering is what they do best, but please do not let them get to you.

As has been said many times here, Remain Calm!*

Welcome to the BABB Comic Guy. I had to laugh when I read about how the later versions of RealPlayer are out to get McCanney .. what a wacko! Realplayer is spyware as anyone with a firewall can attest, but Comic Guy, spyware is advertising based, not government conspiracy based. Here's a site that covers spyware programs if you're not familiar with the term. Notice how McCanney explains it .. see the wacko paranoia? Trust me, when it comes to McCanney, it doesn't end with RealPlayer! Stick around, read some posts, ask questions. Oh, by the way, did you realize that according to that site you posted you are now a "disinfo agent?" The Bad Astronomy site topped the list of "disinfo sites". 8)

If you go to the letters page, you can see just how looney this guy is. There are rants about the government shutting down/tapping McCanney's lines and internet connection, claims from Hazelwood that McCanney and him have been followed by the government, etc. But so far, this one takes the cake (even though I have heard it before from other places):

Heavens Gate - was NOT a cult but was a group of 39 or more very
highly talented programmers who were NOT suicidal. They were
building the most sophisticated firewall and encryption software on
the planet. When their web page mentioned Hale Boppand all of a
sudden became very popular as they were about to "leave society" they
were called to a meeting and the mole (we think that programmer mole
is quite active on the current Planet X government disinformation web
site and related work on the web ... yes these are some really nice
folks working for your government) ... the mole informed the
execution squad and one by one as the programmers entered the house
they were murdered. There was never an autopsy performed. The
government immediately pulled down and changed their web site and had
a huge front page disinformation campaign in place all over this
    country.
If these 39 people were such super encryption evperts, how did the government change their website so quickly?

More,... John Denver was killed by the gov., Jim Jones, the well known nutjob cult leader that led what, hundreds of his followers to their deaths, was killed by the government...etc. In fact, it seems like this guy might idolize Jim Jones a bit... what does that tell you about him?

That USAF tunnel boring machine seems to be popular with the woo woo groups. I looked into it when debunking some Dulce hocus on another thread and came up with this, the pic 2nd from the bottom is the woo woo favorite. That's another example of the bullcrap that site shovels Comic Guy.

I guess I should have read the whole site before posting, but I keep finding more and more...

    From a letter dated 1-6-2003 :

SO ACCORDING TO JAMES MCCANNEY THE CELESTIAL MECHANICS COULD ABSOLUTELY GET PLANET X HERE IN 2003!
    From a letter dated 01-26-2003:

The ptb do not understand cometary celestial mechanics like James
    McCanney
does, heres why. At one point there was a calculation
preformed to determine when Planet X would arrive based on how fast
it was speeding up using accepted celestial mechanics. This may be
the reason for many of the astronomical and gov't insiders stating
that Planet X would arrive in spring of 2003. They now don't know
when it is going to arrive but do expect it within a couple of years
    at the outside.
    Gotta love the backpedalling.

I didn't read the whole site Archer, is it saying that the TBMs were used to build shelters in the 70s? That would have been a pretty reasonable thing for the Air Force to have been doing, I think.

How is it that Harrington thought he would be able to see X with an 8" scope back before he dies (I don't know what year), but we still cannot observe it with any scope on Earth?

It had to do with the MX missile project back in the '70's .. here's a clip that cuts to the chase:
In 1983 REECo miners, used a 256-ton tunnel boring machine to drill a 750-foot tunnel into Little Skull Mountain as part of the project. The tunnel was later used by the Air Force to investigate equipment and methods for post-attack "dig-out" from underground missile complexes.
McCanney & Co. underestimate the power of search engines when spewing their spiel!

[-( I find the very first image on his site (the artist rendition of PX's approach vector) interesting, it not telling. If PX is as big as these Henny Pennies claim, or at the very least as big as the depiction suggests and if it is as close as they say it is, why pray tell does it not affect the orbits of all the other planetary bodies in the our solar system? HMMMM? Has anyone seen anything pertaining to Jupiter's orbit being disturbed? [BUZZER] Nope, don't think so.

This guy has way, WAY, WAY too much time to kill.

Sorry, Geek (may I call you Geek?). You just don't get the extent of the Conspiracy[TM].

Every bit of evidence that doesn't confirm <fill-in your favorite kook-rant> is just more proof of The Conspiracy to Suppress The Truth.

    I know that for a fact because I'm a long-term " Paid Professional Debunker." :-)

Maybe the government put an implant in McCanney's brain and is feeding him all these bizarro ideas. It would be the Ultimate Disinformation Program! #-o

One of the plans for MX was to have the missile system kept in a large system of tunnels. The missiles would be moved all over the place out west while underground, so the russkies couldn't hit them. Each missile was in a sort of erector/carrier car that had blast doors at each end. I remember that there were breakout tests to see if the erector system could actually erect the missile by breaking it right out of the tunnel.

The idea was to make the missiles largely invulnerable to a Russian first strike, since there was no way to tell where each one was along the system of tracks/tunnels.

Protests over the use of all of the land/money are vaguely in the back of my mind, also. The whole idea never went very far.

That is one of the reasons why the AF had TBM's.

    Hi all,

Yes, they are indeed coming out of the woodwork. The quote of the
    day

    Quote:
Forget about astronomy; look at the earth changes going on right now in increased volcanism, increased size and frequency of earthquakes, melting poles and glaciers, increased sea water temperatures - duh!
Says it all. Forget about astronomy, science, common sense, thinking
skills et.al....just believe what I say!

Hasn't this kind of rationale made its debut in history before??

    I think, therefore I'm a disinfo agent. Uhhh...yeah,righto!
