According to court documents, Frank told police his SUV is top heavy and the backseat action made it become tippy.

Slightly OT: (Not referring to you SJ) I drove by this gym the other day and I could see these folks thru the large windows - all on stationary bikes, treadmills, stairmasters, etc., and the weather was beautiful. Jeez.
People, just go outside and take a walk. It's free.

In reality - I run 5k every morning at about 6 am. It's still quite dark here at that time and the skies are beautiful. I really need to take the time to learn more about what I'm seeing. Orion, Venus, and the Big Dipper are the easy ones.
I also need run the route with a 22 to take out the street lights.

Right now, Venus is making a nice group with Saturn and Regulus. At 6am the twins of Gemini are nearly right overhead, with the little dog star Procyon just south of them. Sirius a little farther.
Depending on your latitude, you might be able to catch the star Canopus just barely above the southern horizon. It'd be beautiful, if you can find it. That's as high as it gets around here.
