Hey everyone, I haven't been here in ages, got alotta stuff to catch up on. Is that bad astronomy/universe today paltalk chatroom thing still going on? If not could we start it up again I thought it was pretty cool when there was events and that going on.

Yeah it's been gone for about a year but I haven't been here since longer than that, thanks for reminding me. I've finished school and started uni so that's probably the main reason I haven't been here much, and I've been out of observational astronomy for a long time too. I just got back from a holiday in Melbourne and on the way home we drove up through Parkes (where The Dish is) and it kinda sparked my interest in astronomy again.
