    Prism Star Diagonals

What are the pros/cons of prism star diagonals compared to mirror diagonals? Do they introduce false color?

The reason I ask is that I have a small 70mm refractor that I bought to take star parties and such, and it came with a cheap mirror diagonal, and I was wondering if one of Orion's inexpensive prism diagonals would be an improvement.

    Thanks for any help.

IMO, an inexpensive prism diagonal would not be an improvement.

Thanks for the help. I should probably buy a more expensive mirror one.
