My first moon pic by night

Hi, after getting the bits needed to attach my camera (Canon 20D) to my 700mm telescope, here are my first photos of the moon by night (with and with out 20mm eyepiece). I've converted to greyscale and tweaked the levels and sharpness from the Raw file.

Let me know what you think.
