These guys really scare me. Nasascam angers me beyond comprehension, but these people really frighten me.
Now I'm really scared--NASA is controlling Geocities!!
And there's a gray van parked outside my house...The web site you are trying to access has exceeded its allocated data transfer. Visit our help area for more information.
Access to this site will be restored within an hour. Please try again later.
Same hoax **, but much more vitriolic. Any time conspiracy theorists bring up up the N***'s I immediately toss the C*** in the proverbial bin.![]()
This is an example of the kind of site where it is a complete waste of time to try to debunk it. Anyone in their right mind can see that the people there are slightly nuts. Nasascam, at least, does not compare NASA to the Nazis. Even Sibrel or Colby would probably find this site a bit extreme.
Obviously, those who believe this website will never, ever change their minds, and the people here know that it is garbage, so I think we can just go on and pretend we didn't see it.
The url seems familiar. I think it was one which got totally annihilated by Jay a while back and prompted a huge surge of posters calling him their hero.
I've said this before, I think the author is just doing this for a joke and see outrageous he can be and still get some people to believe him.
My own personal lunacy filter - when someone seriously uses the word "sheeple", my alarm goes off.
Call me crazy, but I never trust a science site with big blaring letters and insults, or bad grammar unless the original language wasn't English. Where the heck do they get NASA and Nazis anywhere near similar. Lord knows, I think they're... let's just say it concerns illegal substances and not get banned on my first post!
I don't trust any site that refers to "nuclear radiation". Redundency bothers me, like calling psychics frauds or hoaxes.Originally Posted by PsychoStars

I can't help wondering how many people in the gene pool have the propensity to write these kind of diatribes? There must be thousands.

As opposed to thermal radiation, incandescent radiation, solar radiation, etc. Nuclear radiation is not a redundant term. Just because people have the silly notion that radiation always means nuclear radiation doesn't make it so.I don't trust any site that refers to "nuclear radiation".
