I can add a couple to the list:

    Galaxy Quest:

Gwen: We are not the people you think we are.
    Mathesar: I don't understand.
Alex: Don't you make any TV shows on your planet? Any theater, films?
Mathesar: The historical documents of your culture, yes. In fact, we have begun to document our own history from your example.
Gwen: No, not historical documents. They're not all historical documents. I mean, surely you don't think "Gilligan's Island" is a —
    (The Thermians moan in unison.)
    Mathesar: Those poor people...
    The Incredibles:

Edna: It will be bold! Dramatic!
    Bob: Yeah!
    Edna: Heroic!
Bob: Yeah. Something classic - like Dynaguy. Oh, he had a great look! Oh, the cape and the boots...
Edna: [throws a wadded ball of paper at Bob's head] No capes!
    Bob: Isn't that my decision?
Edna: Do you remember Thunderhead? Tall, storm powers? Nice man, good with kids.
    Bob: Listen, E...
Edna: November 15th of '58! All was well, another day saved, when? his cape snagged on a missile fin!
Bob: Thunderhead was not the brightest bulb...
Edna: Stratogale! April 23rd, '57! Cape caught in a jet turbine!
Bob: E, you can't generalize about these things...
Edna: Metaman, express elevator! Dynaguy, snag on takeoff! Splashdown, sucked into a vortex!
    [shouts]
    Edna: No capes!
I can't add any from (T)Raumschiff Surprise - Periode 1 because they are in German and I can't speak it, how about some help with that Laguna2?

Editted to add: Of course another obligatory reference would be "All your base are belong to us".....

Sigma Orionis, I, too, loved Edna's "no capes" speech in The Incredibles.

Hear's another rather obscure one, from the film Split Second starring Rutger Hauer:

    "We need bigger guns"

    And, in the following scene:
Cop in armoury: That's an SA80,
Detective: Too ****ing small. We need big, big ****ing guns!

To give a little context (SPOLER ALERT), they'd just encountered the "bad guy", shot at him, and seen him excape by running through a steel door. The detective accompanying Rutger Hauer (I can't remember the names of the characters but it hardly matters) examines the remains of the door and then says "We need bigger guns."

    I would also mention one particular quote from a different android, which I also have quoted in real life on occasion;
    Step up to Red Alert!
Sir, are you absolutely sure? It does mean changing the bulb!

We could also the "Fifth Element", it has far too many good quotes to list so here are a whole bunch of them. And here is one of my favorites which is not in that list

    The President hesitates.
    CAPTAIN
...The ship is in combat formation.
    The missile is loaded, General.
    PRESIDENT (uneasy)
    Staedert? Give me a minute...
    I have a doubt.
    STAEDERT (cold)
    I don't, Mr. President.

And the first thing they do when they get the bigger guns is destroy Ruger Hauer's kitchen....because of a rat

    "Where are you going, Dave?"

    And

The first line after the detective destroys the kitchen is something along the lines of "I shot at a rat. I missed."

I'm drawing a complete blank on the source of that one.

Yes, I meant that to be Dark Star. From the bit where the bomb is jammed in the bomb-bay doors and the astronaut is out there trying to persuade it not to detonate. I love the concept there.

Not sure where that one's from (Tron, maybe?), but it reminds me of the Paranoia RPG...

The computer is your friend. Please report for termination.

Edited to add: hmmm, that might make a good signature...

Yeah, that's from Tron. Also, I've been trying to remember Logan's Run without Googling...
