i have studying the following paten for a few months and i would ike to know if any body understands this patent and what its about.

Sidddarthan, welcome to the forum, please explain what you are studying about this patent, so we have a starting point in explaining it to you. Also, why have you not asked a general physics forum? This is an astronomy forum, where we DO have many well educated people, but this area is not the main focus for most of us.

It says it is for exploring and analyzing a person's response to oral, visual, tactile, acoustic, and olfactory stimuli. I imagine it is intended for assessment or diagnostics in medical or psychological areas.

That seems so. If you Google about for patent 5788648 you'll run into a very few (Hidden Mysteries, David Icke) who may have convinced themselves, on slim evidence, that it deals with "mind control".Originally Posted by Eoanthropus Dawsoni
