I read that dark energy/matter makes up about ninety percent of the universe. I got to thinking a person only uses ten percent of their mind at best. Is the rest of the brain filled with this universal substance called dark energy?
Just curious at to what others think of this. Never thought of it before today. Now I am curious.
this is my first day on this forum and not sure where to put a question of this type.
It is a fascinating and strange concept to perceive a person as ninety percent dark energy/matter.
'The most recent WMAP observations are consistent with a Universe made up of 74% dark energy, 22% dark matter, and 4% ordinary matter' Wikipedia
The Universe consists of 74% dark energy and 22% dark matter. The Universe is not a far away object. Everything that exists is part of the Universe so would it be accurate to state everything in the universe contains 74% dark energy and 22% dark matter.
Everything consists of energy. Atoms are not solid. There is a lot of space between atoms. If dark energy exists in spaces would it not also exist in these spaces as well.
Could it be this dark energy that maintains the spaces in the atoms and the spaces inbetween the atoms?
I am just plain curious about this. It is a great topic for discussion!
