    If we redefine our units of time so that

    Mu, permeability of vacuum, = 1
    Epsilon, permittivity of vacuum, = 1

    Then

    c, speed of light, = 1
    Impedence of vacuum = 1

    I'm too lazy to figure out what 1 joule or coulomb would end up being under this system, though.

    HUb' 12:32 A.M. yep without that "stuff"
    I could not origonate. so thanks again.
    i do have a Question about Post times
    Like where does the post time come from
    November 5, 2001 12:34 A.M. PST & 12:35 A.M.

    HUb' hmm? yeah I think your on the right
    trail? Listen it my guess that Gravity
    & light exist in the same Media

    Then
    and its the interaction of gravity
    AND maybe a reverse reaction that will
    "EVENTUALLY" lead to some New discription$
    of the media? I'll write Aether Eithor Iethor
    under this system
    and Coulomb (as a count )vs Count Avagarow$2

    OK? its true i've gone "back to the books"
    I found one {free of course} called
    Continental Drift a study of the Earths
    moving surface. by D.H. & M.P Tarling
    somewhere in there discussing Devonian{ coral rings
    it mentions the fact that at some when ago
    there were 400 days in an earth year as
    recorded by those "coral rings"
    well it does not matter if its true to me
    or if its an exuration of the true fact.
    I'll jump on it like the truth and say
    {mostly to myself}

    1 eithor the spin rate has slowed {longer days}
    2 the Earth orbital period has lowerd {short year
    3 or a combination of 1 & 2

    well thats it for today i'll edit later 12:24 P.M.

    The Earth's rotation is gradually slowing due to the effect of the moon, so I believe the correct answer is 1. I don't know of anything that would cause 2.

    Yeah, I think the post time is supposed to be Mountain Time (standard or daylight, depending) since the server is in Colorado, but their clock is screwed up. Their clock is now about 22 minutes fast. See this thread.

    Anyway, the general opinion is that number 1 is the case, and it corresponds pretty well with the lunar ranging data, which shows that the apparent tidal braking is still slowing the earth's rotation at about the same rate.

    HUb' ah ha the moon? I've read it moving away from earth at 1/2 continental drift rate {my math} so months? are getting longer ? Q#1

    My apologies, HUb', I'd thought you might be having delusions of grandeur. Don't worry about the post count making you an intern, it don't hurt a bit.

    Ok I gave up already on the Days/year as
    something tells me the answer to Q#1 should show
    as MOON's/Month | so reason(ill-) starts off like
    1 Moon reSeeds from Earth ( Cm/ year ) yeah yeah (mm/mth)
    2 Earth's spin-wobble rate reducing ? Due2 #1 above
    3 their4 "Average" number of MOONs/month changes "nonlinerarly"
    YEAH, i'll probably give up easily on < 50 Ed/ED 6:56 A.M. Test link = http://www.badastronomy.com/phpBB/vi...=171&forum=1&2

    3:54 A.M. will try this.A Sun Solar wind..
    B; becomes Deposite on Earth & increases mass .
    2 the Earth orbital period has lowerd {short year
    C so Earth moves tward Sun, cause its heaver
    Actually I really think its the opposite {da}

    [/quote] I think it moves away (Longer years) cause the Sun Looses mass Faster
