An update of The Nancy Lieder Saga on George Noory's radio show says that she may be officially backing and filling just a tad.

? I didn't see much more on the page, just a couple of possibly made-up quotes from alleged people who allegedly saw some blob or twinkle. In any case, it looks like no additional waffling beyond her recent "within 7 weeks, not by 7 weeks" retreat^H^H^H^H^H^H^H tactical retro-advance. I didn't look any further - and I'm not gonna pay actual money to listen to any of that drivel.

The spectacle of Ms. Lieder painting herself into an ever-shrinking space is somewhat interesting - certainly more interesting than any of the zetababble. However, as discussed in an earlier thread, many (including myself) believe she'll simply say her alien pals interceded and diverted it at the last minute, or something similarly anticlimactic. Yawn.

The sad thing is that we will have to endure at least one more night of listening to her yammering on "Coast To Coast AM". At the end of the show Monday/Tuesday when Michael Heiser was through trashing Sitchin's crap, Noory mentioned having her on again around the time of her alleged doomsday. He threatened to "hold her responsible"/"hold her feet to the fire if we weren't seeing it" or some such thing, but we know how that will play out. The only remote chance for saving that edition of the program will be when it goes to open lines and people -hopefully the saner ones- might have the opportunity to personally tell her that time is running out for her charade. I understand the audience in question was not entirely kind last time she was on. I refuse to listen to her. Reading her nonsense is bad enough. Hearing that voice that reminds me of fingernails dragging down a chalkboard is more than I can bear.

Not that I am acting as Nancy's personal PR rep, but she is in Coast-to-Coast on April 25th and on the Lou Gentile show on May 2nd..... I listened to Art Bell once, and that was really enough, although I was driving through NE Pennsylvania at 2 am and it kept me awake ranting at the radio.....I expect that if Nancy is going to come up with an excuse, these will be the places!

TT-Watch moderators and commentors are getting pretty testy about the whole thing.....I have posted a couple of notes there recently and recieved quite a number of replies along the lines of "if you dont agree with us, get out" ...and I think I have been banned from TT-Social..... YEAH!

First, great quote there Jerod S. As for the TT newsgroups on Yahoo, yep, I was banned. They used the excuse that a thread I had responded to was not authorized and was then deleted (it was posted in the newsgroup, they didn't respond to me personally). The poll was from someone asking who had actually seen this planet. A response from another member said that once again he failed to see anything and was under the general impression that Nancy is full of bologna. I then replied to him and said that of course he didn't see it, it's not there. I then went on to say how these people were just mindless followers touting psuedoscience and ignorance. Then my buddy signed on and reminded me about Great Cthulu (any Lovecraft fans?) and how he is really inside of Planet X, so I then responded to that with likewise humor. Apparently these people have no sense of humor. I guess being a follower of an apparent crackpot can do that to you :roll:

Oh no, we were straight on our ramblins of the Great Old Ones, but then of course I could've mistaken him for Glakki, I couldn't quite see the dorsal fin. Cthulu likes to chill 'round 'bout PX, playing dice with his Spawn or making prank calls to his brother Hastur. That's what those tails are behind PX; his phone line (and Internet of course, he loves to play Yahoo! Pool).

Oh absolutely, I'm a huge Star Wars fan. I waited in line for 14 hours to get tickets to TPM, saw it 7 times in the theatre. Only got to see AOTC twice tho, but I bought it on DVD the second it came out. Can't get enough of the Star Wars!

I hear you. In my early 30s and already well into 'second childhood' as a result of "SW 1 & 2". I'd always heard 'second childhood' didn't begin until much later in life. Guess the experts were wrong at that point. Not as extreme as I was as a kid. Perfectly content to own the DVDs and I'm not collecting all of the paraphanalia I did back when. Couldn't afford it and don't have anywhere to put it even if I could! Tell you what the funny thing is though...the whole saga in question is indirectly responsible for my interest in astronomy here in the real world. Funny how that works, huh?

Nancy Lieder will be on coast to coast am with George Norey on Friday April 25. I just e-mailed George and told him if he wants a truly fun and entertaining show he should just except questions and more perferably comments for the entire duration. As Ive said in the past ive just recently learned of the Planet X farce, but i imagine alot of people out there have a few choice words for Nancy. So if you get a chance e-mail george and recomend the samr. Who knows it may be worth staying in on Friday just to hear Nancy go down in flames.

What I would like to know is if she actually believes in what she is spouting, or if she is just interested in making money,
(I have not heard her, as I live in England and I haven't heard her on the media over here) but either way she is going to be stuck when July and rolls around and nothing happens which one is more concerning.

Although I expect she will claim the next natural disaster is due to Planet X.
I looked at her web site today and she is claiming the whole of Earth will stop spinning in a few hours!! Is she cashing in on the The Core :-)

I did a quick search on "zetatalk" found this were it refers to the ocean after the earth begins its rotation again. Good i feel like Im losing brain cells everytime i read something new off this site.
