Baker, Haworth & Flood are known for their "oscillating Sea Level" Theory, which uses Fixed Biological Indicators (fossil tube worms and barnacles) to assert that the sea level hasnt fallen gradually in the last 6000 years but has risen and fallen several times in this period.
Last year he said that he thought that sea-level changes were connected to Sunspot activity.
