Baker, Haworth & Flood are known for their "oscillating Sea Level" Theory, which uses Fixed Biological Indicators (fossil tube worms and barnacles) to assert that the sea level hasnt fallen gradually in the last 6000 years but has risen and fallen several times in this period.

Last year he said that he thought that sea-level changes were connected to Sunspot activity.

I would think that linking a solar cycle to the weather patterns of a particular place or area on Earth would be rather difficult, due to the large number of influencing factors.

I have seen studies (tree rings and lake bed sediment layers) that show a link between total precipitation and the 11 year sunspot cycle.

Landscheidt, according to the Wiki entry is "an author, astrologer and amateur climatologist". He was the only researcher in his 'Institute'. While a number of references to his work in various forums and blogs identify him as a "retired German judge", "a retired Supreme Court Judge", and a "Dr." (all your links), I could find no evidence those claims are true.

He has no credibility as an expert in climate change nor do his claims that human generated CO2 is not a source of global warming have credibility.

Sorry to bump this old thread. I was looking for solar minimum and drought on Google and this thread came up. I had to comment on Landscheidt.
