If I ask a question will this go away from the top of every page?

Most of the time, for reasons I won't bore anyone with, I prefer just to read this forum. But I'm finding it disconcerting being confronted with that message constantly. I assume it's new - at least I only just noticed it.

Of course those who post regularly won't have a clue what I'm talking about!

And if everyone who has registered here posted regularly, wouldn't the board be overwhelmed?

Sorry, I'm just testing out a new gadget in the forum that's designed to get people more involved. I'll figure out a way to stop it from being such a nag.

I just saw it tonight, to be honest - I do not mind it at all - kinda nice, and even though it is programmed, it is kind of encouraging
