Named after Roosevelt (I can't seen any resemblance) the report studiously avoids any comment on the formation as simulacra, but I bet the team is chortling with glee to have found real 'Faces on Mars'!

howl ong before someone blows it up in MS paint, saves it as a jpeg, then shrinks it back down and asks what those funny little squares are that suddenly "appear" on the face are?
