You know, numerous experiments have been done confirming the relativistic formula for Doppler shifts (like this one). If you want to show relativity is false, it's not enough to just propose an experiment which could, in principle, have a result that's incompatible with relativity. You'd actually have to show that, when performed, the experiment actually did produce such a result.

Yes, it is the end but not of relativity, it is the end of your experiment. Because it is contradicted by the Ives-Stilwell experiment. Not only that your formulas are refuted by the SR formulas but your hope for restoring the Newtonian Doppler effect are dashed by the Ives-Stilwell results. The END.
