How that video incorporated EVERYTHING from CS .

The scenes, clothes, animations, the sounds, chnging weapns, spawning, lag , door problems, the excellent scene where ordering the second hostage to follow you is interpreted as "stay here" by the first one, the pathfinding problems at the door...they must have taken quite some time to make that!
