Bad Astronomy on a t-shirt

I visited Apache Point Observatory in October. I got a couple of APO t-shirts for friends and family.

The t-shirt has a cresent moon over APO at night. The problem is that there is a star inside the crescent that should be blocked by the moon!

Of all the places to find BA!

Actually, there isn't even a gift shop at APO. The gift shop where I got the t-shirtis at the National Solor Observatory as Sunspot!
