Most Puerto Ricans laughed when a horse farmer installed the sign on his property at the request of Reynaldo Rios, a local elementary school teacher who says he's been communicating with alien visitors to this U.S. territory since he was a child.

Laughed?? If I were them, I'd would be shocked and frightened that someone who has been "communicating with aliens...since he was a child" actually has the job of teaching young, impressionable children!!

Pretty funny. Hope the visitors understand the sign and don't interpret it as a target range or something. Wouldn't they prefer one of the many very nice facilities scattered about the world (known as major airports). I mean heck, at least there they can get a snack, but trinkets, avail themselves of the use of a Smart Cart, etc. What kind of amenities does this place offer that would draw them there?

I think a lot of people have heard reports that the small New Mexico town of Roswell has made a lot of money on "UFO tourism" in recent years. There are some other towns out here in the US West who have been trying to promote similar stories so they can get tourists in too.
