edit: after eight and a half hours, Frog March is back. If this sort of things ever happens again, it will be for a much shorter period.

btimsah is banned forever again. How it happened that btimsah was able to just log on, I don't know. He seemed surprised and good-natured, and didn't post anything this go-around that would have otherwise been a banning offense. None-the-less, banned is banned, so I banned btimsah again, but wish him/her success in other forums.

Zlaya has been banned for a week for this use of prohibitied language, and ad hom attack.

Zlaya has been here for only five posts. I hope that this gives Zlaya a chance to read the rules, and conform to our standards of behavior. Clearly Zlaya is convinced of something that most the rest of us do not believe, and Zlaya feels compelled to convince us. Better debating technique is required.
Edit: I have lifted the ban after a discussion with Wolverine. Zlaya is very new, and should have gotten a very stern warning this time, and a suspension for future such infractions.
