Norfolk and Good has been permanently banned. The moderation team determined the member's user name did not comport with forum rules on language. When asked for an alternative user name, (s)he responded with one that would have violated forum rules on sexual content. This member's conduct and comments in PM/reports strongly suggest asking for another user name would be a waste of time.
