No conspiracy, except it isn't an anniversary the HB'ers will be celebrating.

I saw something about this on the Fox & Friends show this morning (Fox News Network); they actually had a brief interview the two astronauts. It frustratres me, though, because at the end they mentioned a special segment about the moon to be broadcast sometime later, but my attention had been diverted and I was unable to catch exactly when it would be aired. I think it is sometime this Sunday, but I am not positive.
It's Sunday at 6pm/11pm EST.
Hard to believe it's been 30 years since a human being has stepped on the Moon. Sad, too.
Everything I need to know I learned through Googling.
Thanks, jrkeller!
Gene Cernan was also live on CNN tonight about 10:45 pm EST.
Hey, check out today's apod !
It does look kind-of surreal, doesn't it? I guess that's the lack-of-atmosphere effect.
Look!!!! There are no stars in the sky, the background is out of focus, the cardboard scenery drops away between Cernan's left elbow and the edge of the picture, there are two streaks of sunlight in the atmosphere heading in the 1 o'clock direction from the same elbow, that flag is obviously fluttering in the wind...
Conspiracy, I say!
(Just kidding, guys.)
Yeah, the only thing they got right in that photo: They didn't forget the rover tracks... ;-D
