I urge you to read the rules, especially rules 2 and 3 which the quoted text breaks, don't do it again, and rule 13 which is relevant for your thread, which is there now.

To think I've been reading the Bad Astronomer Blog and listening to Astronomy Cast for a long time, and I just found out about this place.

Heard about it on the latest Astronomy Cast (the one from Dragon*Con) in response to a writer asking about resources to getting science right in stories.

About me:
Amateur in lots of things, expert in none, old, male, happily married, incredibly handsome, witty, smart, and very humble.
