Yes, Tiny, it does ... and you can have all sorts of fun (in your mind) playing with different rates of motion between the two locations to make time appear to speed up or slow down ... depending on whether you are coming or going...![]()
But time and distance are related, and where motion (or change) is involved, we can only measure one by using the other ... that's why we talk about 'space-time' rather than 'space' or 'time' (except when discussing pure dimensions)![]()
