Whether they did or didn't, it is standard practice for an elected official to put all assets in a blind trust before taking office so that official decisions are not influenced by personal financial considerations. If the POTUS and veep held Enron stock before they were elected, any sell decisions were made by trust officers.

PS FWIW Bush the Younger is not a Jr. since his name is George W. Bush and George the Elder is George H. W. Bush.
