    Well, how do design a large telescope, but not that large, but that actually can send out to the space without wasting an fuel?

    Not sure I understand the question.

    If I recall, the Hubble was designed with weight reduction as a major factor. Relative lack of gravity in orbit allows for designs that would never work physically on earth. It's been awhile since I read details on the Hubble's design.

    Clarify your question and I (or someone else) might be able to give a better, more complete answer.
