Gravity on the moon is weak. How is it that the surface rocks stay put?

Also because the moon has no atmosphere, does the land temp get really hot and at night, does it get really cold?

Also, Does Mars have a weak or strong gravity force?

The moon's gravity is about 1/6 of Earth's gravity. Rocks stay put because 1/6 of 1g is still pretty strong.
The gravity on Mars is about 1/3 that of Earth's gravity.

The temperature on the moon can fluctuate from 127 degrees C to -173 degrees C.
