    2012 Completion of conspiracy?

This info talks how there is a conspiracy to control the people completely. According to the writer of this, it started 100 years ago. Of course, it should be completed by 2012 (can't leave that date out) #-o . Anyway is based on the "illuminati", an elite group they claim controls America.

    http://www.ucimc.org/usermedia/appli...WorldOrder.pdf

It is too long to read, has anyone heard of this before?

By the way, The 'elite" group believes in numerology and astrology or have something to do with it.

I wonder when someone is going to suggest that all of these hoaxes (PX, crop circles, Nemesis, UFOs, et al.) are really a government conspiracy to scare and manipulate the populace.

    Nancy a government agent?

I have googled to find info on the "illuminati". You know the phrase on the back of the dollar bills have a pyramid with a smaller pyramid with an eye on it? Have you seen the phrase around it? The woowoo site claims the phrase: " ANNUIT COEPTIS NOVUS OEDO SECLORUM" means "Announcing the conquest of the New Secular World order". Therefore, this group is said to have ruled america for long. The woowoo of this site says: "I don't believe in astrology and numerology. That is stupid. But these people believe in it and are making it real. Astrology and numerology are nothing, the problem is these people believe and make it real"

"He (God) has favored our undertakings."

That's what the official translation of the phrase is.

    Great Seal Mottoes
    Annuit Cœptis

As I understand it, the use of the phrase goes back to the late 1700's.

The woowoo talking about the iluminatti mentions: "It is alarming how we see the illuminati's symbol everywhere: in several government organizations. it is also seen in AOL.

So now I must distrust my internet provider

One probable source of Illuminatus woo-woo-think is probably Illuminatus! by Robert Shea and Robert Anton Wilson. It's a great read, but keep your marbles in a safe place or you'll have a few sleepless nights.

It's like Eco's Foucault's Pendulum but wilder and funnier.

I've picked up 'The earth will shake', one of his many Illuminatus books, at the local second hand shop, So I'll give it a try in the near future (best before 2012!). I'm willing to give almost anything a try, but I have to say that I have left one of the later L. Ron Hubbard books to collect dust (it was still there at my last visit, while most SF books are gone quite fast).

Has anybody heard of the"Bohemian Grove"? The link I gave in my first post shows how important that group seems to be in the illuminati conspiracy.

I post in a site named sherdog. (www.sherdog.com). it is a mixed martial arts site, the problem is it has a section named "The War Room". In this section you will see any kind of conspiracy you can imagine. Ever feel in a debunking mood? Open an account and answer to people in this section. They really take conspiracies seriously. many times, they scare each other with the conspiracies they find.

These are the latest links they have posted. (They post new ones everyday)

The third link (Credo Mutwa) caught my eye:
http://www.2012.com.au/Credo.html I had read the Martin interview a while back (reptile aliens, abductions, sexual misconduct by the "aliens"!) and just had to roll my eyes. Now here is a little article on a talk old Credo gave in the late '90's. It seems that not just the Mayans, but also certain African tribes (if this story is to be believed) are into the 2012 thing also: http://www.livinglakes.org/stlucia/credomutwa.htm I will quote the relevant part here: Let me tell you two last things please. One, it is this, that I am told by the great storytellers of our tribes, that fresh water is not native to our earth. That at one time, many thousands of years ago a terrible star, or the kind called Mu-sho-sho-no-no, the star with a very long tail, descended very close upon our skies. It came so close that the earth turned upside down and what had become the sky became down, and what was the heavens became up. The whole world was turned upside down. The sun rose in the south and set in the north. Then came drops of burning black stuff, like molten tar, which burned every living thing on earth that could not escape. After that came a terrible deluge of water accompanied by winds so great that they blew whole mountaintops away. And after that came huge chunks of ice bigger than any mountain and the whole world was covered with ice for many generations. After that the surviving people saw an amazing sight. They saw rivers and streams of water that they could drink, and they saw that some of the fishes that escaped from the sea were now living in these rivers. That is the great story of our forefathers. And we are told that this thing is going to happen again very soon. Because the great star, which is the lava of our sun, is going to return on the day of the year of the red bull, which is the year 2012.....Sigh

Well we should be able to escape this one because I've heard red bull gives you wings. Or maybe it was wind, I can't remember now.

Here is an excerpt of the website with the illuminati conspiracy. According to them, this awaits us in the following months or years:

The Illuminati have planned three world wars to achieve their goal of world domination. Two of those wars have already happened.

The third world war will be somewhat different from the first two, yet there will be some similarities as well.

Like the two earlier wars, it will involve a powerful country allegedly attempting to assert its dominance over the world.

In World War I, this was Germany. In World War II, it was Germany again, along with Japan. But in the final takeout, it will be none other than the United States.

Like Germany, Italy, and Japan, the United States has invaded and occupied countries (namely, Afghanistan and Iraq), alarming others.

Like Germany, the United States is becoming increasingly totalitarian in dealing with its own citizens.

Also, like Germany, the United States has allies, the most powerful of which are Britain, Israel, Pakistan, and Japan.

According to this theory the World War III analog of the Allied powers is this: Last year, a new coalition/alliance of world powers formed.

This is roughly equivalent to the Triple Alliance arrayed against Germany and Austria before World War I, and is known as BRIC... because its founding members are Brazil, Russia, India, and China.

Like the Allied powers, BRIC is larger and more populous than its adversaries.

It seems likely that the United States, like Germany in the other two World Wars, is slated to be defeated and ruined.

To cause maximum world destruction, however, it is entirely possible that a split in BRIC will occur at a later date (most likely between Russia and China).

Currently, BRIC is establishing ententes in the form of oil and gas deals, as well as guarantees of protection, with Iran and Venezuela.

Again, this is analogous to World War I, where Russia pledged to defend Serbia, bringing in the rest of the Triple Alliance; and World War II, where Britain and France guaranteed protection of Poland against a German attack.

The other countries of the world will be aligned either with the US or with BRIC, depending upon their own regional biases.

Latin America: Mexico's government is hoping to keep in bed with the Americans, in order to use the USA as a dumping ground for its surplus population. This may mean a North American Union consisting of the USA, Canada, and Mexico.

Colombia is a close ally of the United States, and currently has big problems with leftist guerrillas. It may be possible that a South American war with Colombia and Ecuador against leftist Venezuela will occur.

Africa: The war in the Congo and other strife around the continent shows that the entire continent is a tinderbox. Plenty of carnage waiting to happen. It will not be that organized, either, although the US or BRIC may play different sides against each other for access to minerals or other valuables.

Muslim World: This may be where the war detonates.
Iran and Syria are the "do not touch" hot-button countries (like Serbia in WW1 and Poland in WW2) which may start the whole war going.
Currently, Turkey, Egypt, Jordan, and the Maghreb and Gulf Arab states are on the US side, and Iran, Syria, Libya, and Sudan are on the BRIC side.
This may change due to coups or color-coded "revolutions" like those in Ukraine, Georgia, and Kyrgyzstan, or those of the fundamentalist Islamic variety.

Rest of Eurasia: Most of Eastern Europe, except for Belarus and Serbia (the latter of which may remain neutral), are in the US camp.
There is currently a pro-US alliance arrayed against Russia known as GUUAM (Georgia Ukraine Uzbekistan Azerbaijan,Moldavia), which may shortly be joined by Kyrgyzstan after that country's suspicious "Pink Revolution".
Nuclear-tipped Pakistan is slated to be India's foil, again to cause maximum death and destruction.

Likewise, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and the Philippines will be arrayed against China. Malaysia is solid BRIC; however, Indonesia is currently a wild card.

Australia, meanwhile, is solid Anglosaxon side. At the moment, in Western Europe, it is still unclear as to which side the large powers such as France and Germany will take; they seem to be fairly friendly with BRIC, yet it is hard to see them actually going to war with Britain and the United States; perhaps they will remain neutral, and jump in at the end to help with "peacekeeping". Time will tell.

As to when the war will start, there are currently indications that the United States is readying to attack Iran and Syria in June 2005 8-[

Different, yet similar. I've seen astrology columns make predictions that were less vague. These Illuminati guys need Sylvia Browne to help them out.

Like the two earlier wars, it will involve a powerful country allegedly attempting to assert its dominance over the world.
This seems to be a release from the Ministry of Stating the Obvious. Sure blows away by theory that the next world war will be because Uruguay is fighting French insurgents.

In World War I, this was Germany. In World War II, it was Germany again, along with Japan. But in the final takeout, it will be none other than the United States.
The US is planning to take over the world - this mode of thinking has been in conspiracy circles for around, I don't know, 50 years or so. Nothing remotely new here and easy to shoehorn anything the US does as "proof".

    shoehorn, shoehorn, shoehorn
Also, like Germany, the United States has allies, the most powerful of which are Britain, Israel, Pakistan, and Japan.
Okay this is bad even for shoehorning. The US has friends, therefore they must be taking over the world? #-o

Aarrgh, I can't do this anymore, my eyeballs are getting tired from rolling back too much.

    Re: 2012 Completion of conspiracy?

    Bohemian Rhapsody, yes.

    General Leslie R. Groves, yes.

Bohemia, a part of the Czech Republic, yes.

The fire at the Coconut Grove in Boston, I know of it, but that was before my time.

    But Bohemian Grove, no.

However a simple Google found this.

BTW, I know at least one of the persons mentioned in the article. I guess that makes me part of the "conspiracy" too.

You can pick up a copy used of http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg...ce&s=books fairly cheap. I read it a awhile back and it covers a lot of this stuff. You also can read the Amazon reviews. I sincerely doubt there is anyone controlling our government, but as is quoted from the first page of the book: A random telephone survey of 800 American adults in September 1996 found that 74 percent-virtually three out of four citizens-believe that the U.S. government regularly engages in conspiratorial and clandestine operations. Check it out, was a good read.

But I thought the US Government does engage in clandestine operations all of the time. That's why there are many domestic/foreign initiatives, military technology, and political documents that are classified information. Heck an IRS tax investigation is a "clandestine operation". It doesn't mean that there's some NWO or "secret overlords" out there.

What is a "conspiratorial operation" anyway? Could someone give me an example?

I just brought out the topic because a lot of people in the forum in my signature believe in it. I wanted to have some info to answer to them and stop their paranoid talk. Sorry if I gave the impression of being a woowoo or paranoid. ops:

The Bohemian Grove does exist and the rich and powerful do gather there to take part in an obscure ritual involving an owl, the burning of care and to dress up in womens clothes. My feeling is to let them have their fun. After all, people do all kinds of weird things to unwind.

While looking up URLs for a previous post I found what appears to be a delightful book about the secret military project to create an army of Warrior Monk Soldiers with the ability to kill goats just by staring at them!

2012 and the "End of Days".

I'll add that in no way do I think "The End" is nigh, but this examination of various passages from several "religions" is interesting, and helps to understand why we are now in the midst of so much doom & gloom.
